Appearance:
Clear, pale straw with golden flecks.
Aroma:
Scented, stewed fruits - plum, apricot jam and strawberry on toast. Vanilla wood aromas and a touch of oily putty.
Taste:
Delicate fruity vanilla with peachy fruit, faint bourbon, a spicy cinnamon backbone and a touch of flint/sulphur, acacia honey and nutmeg/mace towards the end.
Aftertaste:
Creamy buttery, vanilla, dried fruit with a delicate pepper grip.
