Aged for a minimum 5 years, Dartigalongue VSOP is made by single distillation of Baco 22A and Ugni Blanc. The house makes its own boise to a secret recipe and also adds a small amount of sugar.

Appearance:
Clear (with very fine particles), golden with slight green hue.
Aroma:
Caramel, toffee and slight green note with cinnamon spice.
Taste:
Toffee, caramel, fudge and vanilla with balancing oaky tannins.
Aftertaste:
Fudge and toffee with black pepper bite.
