Appearance:
Clear, deep golden amber.
Aroma:
Pungent candied fruit, plums and spice.
Taste:
Sweet, candied fruit and ripe plum with cream-of-soda vanilla and slight citric acidity.
Aftertaste:
Juicy and candied fruit – overripe apricot and plum with sweet butterscotch and vanilla with lingering citric acid.
