Distilled from Barbera grape pomace, a red grape variety which is the third most-planted red grape variety in Italy after Sangiovese and Montepulciano. Part of Marolo’s ‘Le Classiche’ range.

Crystal clear.

Spicy white pepper, linseed and olive oil, pastry and meadow flowers.

Very slightly sweet with an oily mouthfeel before white pepper spice builds. Floral grapes and olive oil.
