Strawbar Origin is an eau-de-vie distilled from fermented strawberries in Albania. The strawberries used are organically grown in Florina, Greece. These are hand-picked, sorted and hand-washed before fermentation and double-distillation.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Enticing ripe juicy strawberries dusted with white pepper and served with cream-of-soda vanilla. A touch of strawberry Mivvi ice-cream.

Taste:

Clean spirituous peppery bite and subtle creamy ripe strawberry flavour. Faintly smoky.

Aftertaste:

Cleansings peppery spirituous finish with lingering creamy strawberry.

Overall:

An attractive ripe strawberry nose perhaps suggestive of a creamy strawberry liqueur instead leads to a superbly clean and complex strawberry eau-de-vie.
