Review and Tasting

Sampled on 26/08/2022

Appearance:

Crysta clear.

Aroma:

Piney juniper with nutty damp woody angelica root and faint ripe raspberry.

Taste:

This juniper-forward gin is set apart by its savoury botanical, almost woody notes. Well-judged use of spicy botanicals.

Aftertaste:

Long-dry juniper-forward finish.

Overall:

A properly artisanal gin with a savoury flavour that conveys the use of hand-forged botanicals.
