Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Black sambuca liqueur
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of liquorice.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Review:

Gin tinted violet, flavoured with liquorice and slightly sweetened.

I tried this with Clear Sambuca and The Botanist, but was not my fav. Ill give it another shot if I can get ahold of the black Sambuca.

I theatrical cocktail ( i served it in a Spherical Lab flask with a stick of Liquorice for garnish
I added some drops of black food dye for extra blackness
worked a treat
