Tastes more like a flavored seltzer. Old Tom gin or a modicum of cane syrup could improve this greatly. It's like a tweak or two off. (30 May 2024, 10:16a)

Sour beyond belief. If using fresh mango which is then pureed, you lose it to the lemon and gin. Needs sweetness to balance, unless it is premade and store bought purée.

I used J.J. Whitley Mango & Papaya Gin and 6/7 good size chunks of fresh mango, chopped up and muddled in the tin. Cut back on the lemon juice (1 shot) as this may be over acidic with fresh fruit. Garnish with one chunk pineapple and 1 of mango. The garnish should be dipped in the drink and eaten in one go to get the full flavour hit. Enjoy, feedback welcome.
