Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
25 ml Heering Cherry Liqueur
50 ml Disaronno amaretto
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
25 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
