Ingredients:
1/3 fl oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
1 fl oz Tennessee whiskey
1 fl oz Honey herbal liqueur (e.g. Drambuie)
2 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass, TOP with water and set aside.
  4. Separately, STIR whiskey, liqueur and bitters with ice.
  5. DISCARD contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice).
  6. STRAIN stirred cocktail into absinthe-coated glass (no ice in glass).
  7. Express lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
