SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. (Didier’s original recipe uses 20ml pomegranate syrup which me makes with equal parts organic pomegranate juice & caster sugar.)

| 1/3 fl oz | Martini Rubino Riserva Speciale vermouth |
| 1/3 fl oz | Amer Picon |
| 1/3 fl oz | Σιρόπι ροδιού (γρεναδίνη, 2:1) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Φυσικός χυμός από πορτοκάλι |
| 1/3 fl oz | Χυμός λεμονιού |
