Lemon zest twist
Πώς φτιάχνεται:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain ice-filled glass. DRIZZLE red wine around the surface of the drink.
1 1/2 fl oz | Bourbon whiskey |
5/6 fl oz | Χυμός λεμονιού |
1/2 fl oz | γλυκαντικό (σιρόπι) χωρίς ζάχαρη |
1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters (Προαιρετικά) |
3/4 fl oz | Κόκκινο κρασί Claret |
To make γλυκαντικό (σιρόπι) χωρίς ζάχαρη:
Stir 2 cups of powdered Xylitol Sweetener into 1 cup of water in a pan over low heat. Allow to cool, bottle and store your sugar-free sweetener in a refrigerator. The XyloSweet brand of Xylitol Sweetener performs well.
Αξιολόγηση:
The splash of Claret wine makes this cocktail – both in terms of flavour and visually. Adding the aromatic bitters will help the flavour but also adds trace amounts of sugar.
