Walnut on rim or resting on ice
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
|1 1/2 fl oz||Armagnac brandy|
|3/4 fl oz||Lillet Blanc (or other aromatized wine)|
|3/4 fl oz||Bénédictine D.O.M.|
|2 dash||Black walnut bitters|
Spirituous and herbal. A great alternative to an Old-Fashioned , as a late-night sipper.
