A mint sprig
Add 6 medium-sized mint leaves into a shaker and press the leaves with a muddler very lightly just to wake them up. Then add simple syrup, lemon juice, cold brew, Crème de Cacao, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, Hayman's Old Tom Gin and ice.
Shake the ingredients with ice briefly about 8 to 10 seconds. Double strain into an old fashioned glass over one big ice cube. Take a mint sprig and give it a gentle smack to get a nice aroma of fresh mint leaves and insert it into the glass as a garnish.
