How to make:

Add

1 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1/2 oz Fino Sherry
1/4 oz Amaro Braulio
1 oz infused Campari *

Add ice, stir & strain into a snifter glass
Garnish with an orange peel


*infused Campari
1 oz Campari
1x bag Lapsang Tea - dipped into hot water, then into Campari
1x strip of orange peel
Lightly muddle
Let rest for 5 minutes

1 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1 fl oz Campari Bitter liqueur
1 fl oz Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
1/2 fl oz Fino sherry
1/2 fl oz Lapsang Souchong tea (cold)
1 ring Orange peel
