Pişmaniye (cotton candy with pomegranate)

How to make:

Shake all ingredients except for the soda water in a boston shaker and double strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Garnish with Cotton Candy (Pişmaniye).

1 1/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
2/3 fl oz Pomegranate molasses
1/3 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
2/3 fl oz Tawny port
1/3 fl oz Campari Bitter liqueur
6 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
2 fl oz Soda (club soda) water
