How to make:

Chill your mixing tin in advance so that the drink gets proper dilution .
Pour all the ingredients in the mixing tin starting off with Haymans old tom gin .
Since we have a spirit forward approach which highlights the flavours of haymans old tom gin .
The technique used for this cocktail would be stirred for minimal dilution with maximum flavours extraction .
Use ice blocks to stir the drink .

1/4 fl oz	Amaro Montenegro
1 fl oz	Eager Pink Grapefruit Juice
3 drops	Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
