How to make:
Build in a stirring glass, add ice, stir. Pour over block ice in an old fashioned glass and garnish with an orange discard and orange slice.

| 1 1/3 fl oz | The Singleton of Dufftown 12 Year Old |
| 1/4 fl oz | Pedro Ximénez sherry |
| 5 drop | Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters |
| 3 dash | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
