Put all Ingrédients except the cider in a shaker, shake for approximatively 15seconds, then double filtrer in a copa glass full or ice cubes, then top with the cider.
1 1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
2 fl oz | Earl Grey tea (cold) |
1/3 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 2/3 fl oz | Dry cider |
1/6 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
