Pasrty velvet spray / orange zest / edible flower
Pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass and apply a layer of pastry velvet spray. Muddle the pineapple in a shaker, add all ingredients including the celery bitters, add ice, shake well, and double strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with orange zest and an edible flower.
2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Pommeau du Normandie |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/24 fl oz | Celery bitters |
1/2 fl oz | Pineapple (fresh) |
