Martini glass

Garnish:

Piece of a Mandarine and a small Rosmarin branch (optional)

How to make:

MUDDLE the Rosmarin branches in the shaker.
ADD the half of a lime (optional 15 ml lime juice)
MUDDLE AGAIN
ADD the remaining ingredients
SHAKE with ice
Double Strain into a chilled Martini glass

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
3/4 fl oz Appleton Estate 8 Reserve rum
2 barspoon Rhum Clément Blanc
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 sprig Rosemary sprig
1/4 fl oz Difford's Falernum liqueur
