How to make:
Pour all ingredients into a Cocktail-Shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, fine strain in a chilled Nick and Nora. Finish by expressing the oils of a lemon twist and discard.

| 2/3 fl oz | Château du Breuil VSOP Calvados |
| 2/3 fl oz | Martini Bianco vermouth |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
