Red Margarita
Serve in
Highball (max 10oz/300ml)Garnish:
a slice of blood orange
How to make:
Rub half the rim of the cocktail glass with half a lime
Dip the glass in salt for half a salt rim
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice
Shake the cocktail for about 10 seconds
Strain the cocktail into the cocktail glass with ice cubes
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 2/3 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
| 1/6 fl oz | Italian red bitter liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Blood orange juice |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1⁄4 cupful | Salt (sea salt) |
