Fresh mint
Add Mandarine Napoleon, rum, mint, sugar and lime juice in a glass.
Fill with crushed ice.
Stir with bar spoon.
Top up with soda. Stir briefly
| 5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Tanduay Silver rum |
| 1⁄8 cupful | Mint leaves |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
| 1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
