Candied ginger Mandarine orange wedge
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice and shake until well chilled. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with a mandarine orange wedge and a piece of candied ginger.
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Bacardi Carta Blanca Superior White Rum |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1/4 fl oz | Canton Ginger Liqueur |
