Manda's Kiss

Garnish:

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg. Optionally add a mandarin zest and a maraschino cherry on a pick.

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).

1 1/2 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1/3 fl oz Maraschino liqueur
1 1/6 fl oz Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine juice (fresh juice)
1/3 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash (4 drops) Tonka bitters
2/3 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
