
Star anise
Chill glass in the freezer
Add all ingredients (except star anise) to a Boston shaker and dry shake
Add ice to shaker and shake again
Remove glass from freezer and coat glass with ricard
Strain shaker into glass
Add star anise and serve
1 fl oz | Egg white |
3 drops | Orange bitters |
1 dried | Star anise |
1 fl oz | Ricard Pastis de Marseille |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3/4 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
