Dehydrated Raspberry
I. Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
II. Prepare garnish - dehydrated raspberry.
III. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker.
IV. Dry shake (without ice).
V. Fine strain into chilled coupe glass.
VI. Put a dehydrated raspberry as a garnish on top of the cocktail.
| 1/2 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Tanqueray London Dry Gin |
| 1/2 fl oz | Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup |
| 1/6 fl oz | Monin Ginger Syrup |
| 2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5/6 fl oz | Aquafaba (chickpea water) |
