Garnish:

Garnish with a lemon peel and a fresh basil leaf.

How to make:

First thing, chill the old fashioned glass. In a shaker add 3cl Limoncello Pallini, 2cl liquorice liqueur and 1,5 blackberry syrup. Dry shake and regular and vigorous shake. Double strain on the old fashioned glass, add then a square ice chunk, top up with 5cl of chilled lager beer. Enjoy!

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2/3 fl oz Liquorice liqueur
1/2 fl oz Monin Blackberry (mûres) syrup
1 2/3 fl oz Lager beer
