
Lemon zest
Shake all ingredients, except the Chianti red wine with ice
Double strain into a chilled glass
Garnish with a lemon zest, not the one used while shaking
1 1/3 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
1 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or ½ pinch salt) |
1 slice | Lemon peel |
1/3 fl oz | Chianti red wine |
1/2 fl oz | Gin Mare |
