Speed Rack, the all-female bartender competition raising money for breast cancer, was back for its third UK event on Sunday 11 October 2015.
Chelsie Bailey, from Red Light in Bristol, triumphed following a well-fought series of challenges and strong competition from her fellow entrants.
19 leading female bartenders from across the UK took part in the competition, in the heart of London's Spitalfields Market in partnership with London Cocktail Week. The event raised money for the breast cancer charity, The Haven.
With JJ Goodman as host and keeping the energy levels high throughout the afternoon, each competitor was challenged to make a round of cocktails, selected by the judges from a list of the classics, in timed heats.
Chelsie Bailey wins a fabulous trip to the Anjou region of France. She'll visit the Cointreau distillery and join the Cointreau Bartender Academie.
Chelsie and all the competitors deserve big congratulations for their speedy and professional delivery of drinks, all while being cheered on by a crowd of hundreds of supporters.
