Quynh chose bartending as a profession in 2009 having previously worked as a semi-professional musician and landscaper and learnt his craft while working with some of the best bartenders in Sydney.
He says, “the last couple of years has been the most fulfilling so far, having the opportunity to move over to Dubai to help set up a restaurant where I was involved in the set up and training of staff before moving back home. Having moved back home my creative juices really flowed and I was fortunate to be asked to curate the beverage programmes for four different venues in Sydney. But my yearning to continue my craft in another country was always at the back of my mind. My wish came true, and I am now in Singapore, loving life and what is now my bartending community.”

• 45 ml Bombay Sapphire
• 15ml Cherry Heering
• 5ml Cynar
• 10ml Yuzu Umeshu
• 30ml Pineapple juice
• 7.5 ml Five spiced syrup
• 2 dash Rhubarb bitters
