Guajira Daiquiri
Garnish: Slice of dehydrated pineapple
- 50 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
- 20 ml Lime juice
- 5 ml Pineapple juice
- 15 ml Young coconut water syrup
- 2 dashes Cocoa bitter
- 5 Coffee beans
The creator says: "Inspired by several ingredients and tasty drinks traditionally found on the island, this cocktail is a wonderful souvenir of my time spent in Cuba. From the carajillo coffee, to the saoco to the delicious juices and of course the daiquiri! This creation is a little trip in a Cubano taxi from Havana to Santiago de Cuba!"
