Founded in 2012 by husband and wife team, David and Fiona Boyd-Armstrong, this distillery lies on the couple's historic family estate, the Rademon Estate, just outside Downpatrick, County Down.

The distillery is equipped with a 450 litre hybrid copper pot still with two enrichment columns, each with seven individually controllable bubble plates.
