Balmenach Road (off A95),
Caorunn, a proudly Scottish gin, is made in the former cask filling store which sits alongside the still room of the Balmenach single malt Scotch whisky distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The old oak spirit receiver - the huge wooden vat which used to hold the spirit which flowed from the stills before filling the casks - still dominates the space. However, it is not where this gin is made that sets it apart, it is the use of foraged botanicals which are vapour infused in a ‘Copper Berry Chamber'.
Caorunn's beautiful home, Balmenach Distillery, is open to the public for Gin Tours.
Guests will experience first-hand the Caorounn production process and foraged botanicals through a privileged behind-the-scenes tour. You will also be able to take part in a tutored nosing and tasting session and of course, enjoy a Caorunn and tonic.
For information on opening hours, how to book and pricing please visit the Caorunn website.
