Review

Summit feels a long established part of the neighbourhood, helped by the graffiti-style logo in spray paint by a local artist on the brick wall visible from either of the two angled windows set into either end of the protruding section of wall looking onto the light shaft between high neighbouring buildings.

The black granite bar counter stretches down the raw brickwork rustic room and is split into three sections so there's usually plenty of bar space. There is banquette seating front and back and even a small back yard, but I'd recommend you to sit at the bar and order one of the six classics or six alchemist cocktails.
