Appearance:

Clear, dark red-brown with a moderate beige head.

Aroma:

Cinnamon, plump sultana and raison nose with caramel malt.

Taste:

Bitter-sweet caramel palate with raisons, yeast and mild spice flavours.

Aftertaste:

Dry finish with burnt raison/Christmas pudding crust flavours.
