Review and Tasting

Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance

Clear, copper colour with minimal, ring of white foam head.

Aroma

Clean, fresh sweet malty nose with aromatic hops and a slight aromas of grass cuttings.

Taste

Light bodied wheat influenced palate with citrusy, grassy hops and crisp apple fruit.

Aftertaste

Biscuity, mouth drying, pleasingly hoppy finish. Unlikely to offend either pilsner or ale drinkers.
