Review and Tasting

Sampled on 17/06/2012

Appearance:

(bbd 16-Jul-13) Clear, light-golden yellow with lasting thick white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Subdued water biscuit/cracker and grissini grainy nose with grassy hops.

Taste:

Dry palate with bitter gassy hops and grissini malt.

Aftertaste:

Faint grapefruit zest emerges in the moderately bitter finish. Cleansing and refreshing but perhaps a tad one-dimensional in its flavour character.
