This Roner grappa is made purely from South Tyrolean Pinot Noir grapes, which are split but not pressed, allowing the juice to drain off naturally forced by gravity alone. The distilled spirit is rested in stainless steel vats but otherwise unaged.

Appearance:

Clear, transparent.

Aroma:

Green woody grapes with linseed oil and hints of toasted pine nuts. Faint whiff of fresh salty mussels and toasted almond.

Taste:

Clean, very slightly sweet, lightly spiced, grapy linseed oil with faint notes of toasted pine nuts, spruce needles and anise.

Aftertaste:

Medium length, grapy linseed oil and toasted pine nuts.
