One of a quartet of single variety Indian pale ales from Brew Dog, each made with the same malt backbone and brewed to 75 IBU, kettle and dry hopped to highlight the differences of the individual hop varieties.

Appearance:

Appearance: (batch 068, best before 10-Mar-13) Slight haze, coppery amber with lasting two finger off-white loose bubbled head leaving heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Pungent, tropical fruit, passionfruit and blackberries with alpine spruce forest aromas.

Taste:

Full bodied and slightly sweet. Tropical fruit – mango and not quite ripe pineapple and bitter pine with grapefruit zest, tart gooseberry and grassy herbal notes.

Aftertaste:

Pink grapefruit zest and lingering resiny pine bitterness.
