Review and Tasting

Sampled on 17/01/2020

Appearance:

Clear, light golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent honey with brown sugar, cinnamon, white pepper and light clove.

Taste:

Rich, syrupy dark manuka honey with light cinnamon, nutmeg and clove spice. Hints of cocoa.

Aftertaste:

Manuka honey and light spice – cinnamon, black pepper, clove and nutmeg spice.

Overall:

With its complex spice, this honey liqueur is best appreciated served neat, preferably slightly warmed on a cold day.
