Appearance:
Clear, mid golden.
Aroma:
Chocolate, dark berry fruit conserve, morello cherry and bourbon-like.
Taste:
Full-bodied and bourbon-like with pronounced oakiness and mocha coffee balanced by sweet tropical fruits, ripe pear honey and vanilla.
Aftertaste:
Coconut emerges in the sweet lightly spiced finish with pear skin and black pepper spice.
