Appearance:

Clear, deep coppery amber with bronze glints.

Aroma:

Red apple skin, maple syrup, freshly sawn oak and burnt fruitcake with linseed oil, subtle strawberry and blackened banana.

Taste:

Sweet honey, dried fruit, plum and waxy red apple with cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Aftertaste:

Plum and red apple with cinnamon and nutmeg spice. Big and rich.
