This sweet vermouth is the result of a collaboration between Federico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia from Antica Distilleria Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy in Rome. It is named after the 19th-century American bartender, Jerry Thomas who was nicknamed 'The Professor'.

Appearance:

Clear, deep amber red.

Aroma:

Honey, lemon zest, wormwood, gentian, chamomile and old mahogany wardrobe.

Taste:

Honeyed sweetness balances herbal bitterness with drying wormwood and gentian, chamomile, lemon zest and clove spice.

Aftertaste:

Clove, chamomile and long lingering gentian bitterness.

Overall:

More extremely bittersweet than most counterparts and generally more full-bodied.
