Appearance:

(sample best before 16/Sep/18) Cloudy, deep reddish brown with retentive off-white head.

Aroma:

Yeast, vinous alcohol, fruit buns, dried fruit, prunes and caramel with liquorice and marzipan.

Taste:

Vinous alcohol, fruit cake, festive spice and black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Clove, vinous fruit cake and cracked black pepper.
