Produced in batches of no more than 80 barrels, this bourbon is named after Evan Williams who earned the title ‘Kentucky’s First Distiller’ in 1783, when he started distilling on the banks of the Ohio River.

Clear, light to mid coppery golden amber.
Macaroon and almonds, pencil shavings, maple, brazil nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla.
Full-bodied, dry and spicy. Nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper with maple, pencil shavings, macaroon, vanilla and faint chicory coffee.
Chicory coffee, vanilla fudge, maple and black pepper.
Woody, nutty and spicy with macaroon, vanilla fudge, maple and chicory.
