Brewed in Bath, England with malts: Maris Otter, Crystal, Amber, Wheat and chocolate malt. Hops: Fuggles and Phoenix. Contains Lactose, coffee, caramel and vanilla.

Appearance:

(sample bottle BBE April 2017) Clear but almost opaque, deep brown, almost black, with thin but retentive beige head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Caramel, chocolate, mocha coffee and brazil nuts.

Taste:

Full-bodied. Bitter chocolate, caramel, bitter cocoa beans, rich Ovaltine maltiness, coffee and creamy coconut.

Aftertaste:

Chocolaty malty finish.

Overall:

This milk stout is fabulously indulgent with chocolate, caramel and rich Ovaltine maltiness.
