A packaged sweetend blend of 83% coconut cream (made from coconut extract), 10% sugar and 7% lime juice.
Be sure to shake well before use. Refrigerate once opened, store upright and use within five days.

Appearance:

(sample pack BBE Mar/18) Opaque, thick creamy off-white.

Aroma:

Desiccated coconut and coconut cream.

Taste:

Creamy mouthfeel with a note of dairy cream to the sweetened coconut flavour. The influence of the lime is very subtle.

Aftertaste:

Creamy coconut.

Overall:

Gives body as well as flavour to coconut smoothies.
