Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/04/2017

Appearance:

(sample bottle BBE 20/May/17) Clear, deep coppery amber with moderately thick and retentive off white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Pine forest, ripe green grapes, grapefruit zest, brown bread and orange marmalade.

Taste:

Zesty citrusy – grapefruit and orange over light maltiness with mild pine hop bitterness, faint dried apricot and ripe peach.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bready, zesty citrus and floral notes.

Overall:

A very refreshing Greek brewed citrusy pale ale.
